  We drove from Mandurah after calling the previous week, the guy was very helpful on the phone, we got to the shop and was explained the difference between models, my wife was given the opportunity to test ride out the back with no pressure to buy.
  
  We decided to buy the one which suited my wife.
  
  The fitted the bike carrier which we also purchased and helped securing the bike and even made a temporary number plate as ours was blocked by the new bike.
  
  Very happy with the service, hopefully the bike works well.

  I bought the NCM Moscow from E-GO one year ago. I had no idea about electric bikes at the time other than knowing I wanted one. Their staff were extremely patient and knowledgeable, spending as much time as i wanted to understand all the options available and what was going to work best for me.
  One year later and I can honestly say I am so pleased I made the purchase. My bike has now done approx 2000km and is still running perfectly. I would definitely recommend getting the off-road upgrade.
  I have had to go back to the shop on a couple of occasions to get some servicing done after some fairly heavy trail riding. Each time the staff have once again gone out of their way to help me. They sorted the problem extremely quickly and covered any costs under warranty.
  If you are in the market for an ebike around this price point I would highly recommend you pay them a visit.

  I have had a really positive experience with all of the staff at E-GO electric bikes, all very friendly and knowledgeable. I am extremely happy with the e-bike I purchased and their repair service is top notch as well. Thank you so much guys, it is always a pleasure. Thank you for the gift!

  My wife and I both purchased e bikes from E-Go Electric Bikes more than a year ago. Recently I had to return one of the bikes with a fault. Technically it was out of warranty but there was not the slightest hesitation in reassuring me that they would "look after me". True to their word the bike was repaired promptly at no charge. They stand by their product!
  The staff are always friendly, professional and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend E-Go Electric Bikes.

  I recently bought a ncm mascow from here and they’re very friendly and very helpful service. Iam very happy with them and the bike they sold me. I actually enjoy riding again I have done 150km in three days lol . I highly recommend going to e-go and meeting the crew . They won’t disappoint. E-bike live yewwwwww
